Founder & Correspondent, Vriksha Montessori International
Born into an entrepreneurial family, Hemamalini Kesavaraj grew up watching vision and
hard work build lasting institutions. She earned an engineering degree in Information Technology and an
MBA in Human Resources and Finance, beginning her career in corporate HR in Chennai. Yet her heart was
drawn to children and learning — a passion that soon became her calling.
Energetic and deeply compassionate, she trained in the Montessori method, earning
diplomas in Montessori Education from IMTC, Chennai, and Elementary Education from Schoolscape, Bangalore.
Over ten years of working closely with children, alongside five years consulting and designing curricula
for premium Bengaluru schools, gave her a complete understanding of truly world-class education.
Vriksha Montessori International is her vision realised — a school rooted in
authentic Montessori pedagogy, placing each child at the centre. As Founder and Correspondent, she is
nurturing confident, compassionate, creative, lifelong learners through holistic, values-based,
future-ready education that positively impact the society.

Sujitha holds a B.E (CSE)and began her career as a Lecturer in a Polytechnic College.
Inspired by the Montessori philosophy, she completed her Primary Diploma in Montessori from IMTC and
pursued her passion for working with children.
She has been serving as a Montessori Educator at Vriksha Montessori International
School for the past 8 years
Driven by her eagerness to deepen her understanding of Montessori education, she is
currently pursuing her Elementary Diploma in Montessori at IMC,Bangalore
Over 20 Years Sujatha holds a Master's in Sociology and has been lovingly teaching
children since 2003.
Inspired by Maria Montessori, she earned specialized AMS(chennai) and IMTC(chennai)
diplomas to understand exactly how kids learn best.
She has spent years working as both a classroom teacher and a school coordinator,
helping both kids and teachers succeed.
She is deeply committed to helping children grow not just academically but also
socially, emotionally, and physically.
She is currently bringing her passion and expertise to our team, working as a
Montessori educator at Vriksha Montessori since 2026.
Holds a Postgraduate degree with a B.Ed., providing a strong academic foundation in
education.
Began her professional journey as a Software Engineer before transitioning to the
field of education, driven by a passion for nurturing young minds.
Montessori-Trained Educator, committed to creating a positive, engaging, and
child-centered learning environment that supports every child's unique potential.
Dedicated to continuous professional growth and committed to promoting the holistic
development and well-being of every child.
Deepa G is a dedicated Montessori educator with 15 years of experience devoted
exclusively to Montessori education. She completed her B.Com. from Bangalore University and earned her
Montessori Primary Diploma from IMTC, Coimbatore, in 2011. Deeply inspired by the Montessori philosophy,
she believes in nurturing each child's independence, confidence, and love for learning through a prepared
environment. Committed to lifelong learning, she is currently pursuing the Montessori Elementary Course at
Schoolscape, Bangalore, to further enrich her knowledge and support children in their continued journey of
growth and development.
Ashwathy, an Anna University graduate in B.Tech(IT) began her professional journey as
a Systems Engineer in the corporate sector for 4 years.
Thereafter got trained in Early Years Practitioner(EYP) in UK also exposed to
engaging indoor and outdoor storytelling sessions conducted at the Central Library.
Inspired by a passion for nurturing young minds she transitioned into the field of
education in as a Primary Teacher.
Her growing interest in the Montessori pedagogy led her to complete Montessori
training and gain two years of teaching experience in a Montessori school.
To further strengthen her academic foundation, she completed (B.Ed.) and earned a
Certification in Educational Technology.
She has been serving as a Montessori Facilitator at Vriksha Montessori International,
where she works with a dynamic and dedicated team to create meaningful learning experiences for children.
She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Montessori Elementary Education,Schoolscape
Bangalore to deepen her understanding of Cosmic Education through the Montessori approach.
